The Webex Teams App integrates chatting, audio and video calls, file sharing, and more, to create an environment that supports workplace collaboration. To support research for the Teams App, I’ve partnered with lead UX designers to learn about how users navigate, their preferred camera and audio settings, and gather feedback on the common flows, including making calls, checking call history, and finding contact information.
