Hardware endpoints like phones, headsets, and video conferencing solutions are part of Cisco’s unified communications offering. To research hardware endpoints, I’ve partnered closely with Product Management, Industrial Design, and UX Design teams for a given product. Studies that I’ve worked on have examined the out-of-box experience, onboarding process, clarity of documentation, failure rate of proper setup, and legibility of font size on a new-to-market wearable device.
